75-year-old Rebecca Hughes (Amity, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Wednesday, September 4, 2019.
Shortly before 9:00 p.m. Ms. Hughes was driving south on Fendley Road near Alpine when her vehicle (2013 Chevrolet Captiva) ran off the roadway and struck a tree.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
