66-year-old Odell Gilkey (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Wednesday, March 20, 2019.
At approximately 3:21 a.m. Mr. Gilkey was crossing W. Roosevelt Road near the Pulaski County District Court Juvenile Justice Complex when he was struck by an eastbound vehicle. The vehicle fled the area before officers arrived.
Conditions at the time of the accident were reportedly clear and dry.
