20-year-old Octavion Ceaser (Lockesburg, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Friday, October 25, 2019.
At approximately 10:46 p.m. Mr. Ceaser was traveling west on Highway 27 when his vehicle (1999 Mercury) failed to negotiate a curve and left the roadway. Mr. Ceaser’s vehicle careened down a rock shoulder before overturning several times.
Conditions were rainy and wet.
