An unidentified male minor was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Monday, October 28, 2019.
Shortly before 8:00 a.m., the minor was a passenger in a vehicle traveling north on Provo Road in Lockesburg when his vehicle (2002 Chevrolet Tahoe) left the roadway and overturned, striking a tree.
Weather conditions were rainy and road conditions were wet at the time of the accident.
The driver of the vehicle was transported with injuries.
