74-year-old Freddie G. Fowlkes (Vilonia, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Tuesday, August 25, 2020.
At approximately 10:19 a.m. Mr. Fowlkes’ vehicle (2017 Chevrolet Silverado) “suddenly accelerated” and left the roadway crossing through an empty lot off Green Timber Way before colliding with a ditch.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
