We all know horror stories related to alcohol causing accidents and deaths. In Arkansas, we hae made some progress in the reduction of alcohol related accidents, but in 2001, 132 traffic deaths were directly related to the use of alcohol. Whenever someone is killed or seriously injured by a drunk driver, a statistical reduction in alcohol related accidents provides no relief!
